Dúrlas Ella Archers are hosting an open night on the 24th November. All Equipment and training is provided all levels catered for and all proceeds will be donated to MS Ireland through the MS readathon. Newport Festive Lights Will be running Bingo to raise funds for the expansion of our lights to more of the town. This will begin at 4pm in the Community Centre in Newport on 26th November

Doon Christmas Fair Taking place in Doon Community Centre on Sunday 3rd December from 2pm to 5pm. It will be a great day out with Stalls, Christmas cafe, Santa and wheel of fortune. Sensory Santa for those who enjoy a sensory friendly experience from 12noon to 2pm

Auction & Sale of Work on Sunday 26th November at 2pm in Holycross Community Centre. Raffle tickets are currently on sale with excellent prizes. Stalls on the day include Home Baking, Books, Lucky Dip, Lucky Square, Gifts, Bric-a-brac, Ring Toss and Tuck Shop. On stage will be the Wheel of Fortune and outside, the auction with lots of great quality timber and other goods. The canteen will be open for teas. Your support for this event is very important as all proceeds go to Holycross and Ballycahill National Schools and Community Centres. A great family day out promised

The annual November remembrance mass for the Holy Souls will be celebrated in St. Michael’s parish church on Tuesday 14th November at 7pm. All are welcome to attend, especially those who have been bereaved during the past twelve months.

The Rosary will be recited every Sunday for the month of November in St. John’s Graveyard and St. Michael’s Cemetery at 3.30pm. All are welcome.

Property Marking. Community Gardai in Thurles will host another Property Marking event, in conjunction with Propery Marking Ireland at Thurles Mart on 20th November from 10am. Everyone is welcome to bring up to 5 property items to be marked with their Eircode.

The stories of notable Limerick women and how they changed the World. A lecture on this theme will be given in the Cappamore Community Centre on November 15th at 8pm. Author Sharon Slater who recently compiled the achievements of 100 Women of Limerick will give the lecture which is hosted by the Cappamore Historical Society.

Children’s Grief Centre Your support is appreciated for a coffee morning on November 15th in aid of the Children’s Grief Centre. The Coffee morning will be held in the Further Education and Training Campus of Cappamore Campus in Dromsallagh, Cappamore, county Limerick. The coffee morning which includes a raffle will run from 10.30am to 12 midday on November 15th

South Tipperary Involvement Centre, Clonmel. – The Centre is run by people with a lived experience of Mental Health issues. Social activities are organised in the centre weekly.
