There’s many pathways to find the career that suits you according to a local training initiative co-ordinator.
Betty Coughlan who’s based at Spafield Family Resource Centre is running a level 5 Retail and Marketing course this September for this aged between 18 to 25 year of age.
The students who partake can get up to the equivalent of 390 Leaving Cert points, if they complete the course successfully.
Ms Coughlan says they usually take between 14 to 16 students for the 40 week course and it’s free but they do ask for a commitment for the entirety of the course.
