The external works costing approximately €100,000 included installation of a new pedestrian entrance and footpaths constructed by Liam Maher Plant and resurfacing of the car park is being undertaken by Caharclough Tarmacadam which is due to be completed this weekend.

The local Municipal District is altering the entrance to create a new pedestrian access point from Main Street.

Tipperary County Council apologises for the inconvenience of the pool closure due to these necessary works and looks forward to welcoming both existing and new customers next week.
