Tipp Student Wins Junk Kouture National Vote.

Tipperary Town student, Emma Hogan, has just topped both the Regional (South) and National Online Vote for the Junk Kouture Competition with her design Harlequeen.

Emma is a Transition Year Student in St. Anne’s Secondary School in Tipperary Town.

Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture is a national competition, that encourages students to create garments from recycled materials.

Emma created her piece using drawstring bags, goalpost nets, wine corks, toilet roll tubes, cassette foil from a photo printer and egg cartons.
