Residents on the Thurles Regional Public Supply are being advised that the Boil Water Notice remains in place.
The notice was first issued on 14 July and is in place to protect the health of approximately 11,400 customers due to disinfection issues in the network.
The areas impacted include Holycross, Thurles, Ballycahill, Bouladuff, Borrisoleigh, Drom and surrounding areas.
Experts from Uisce Éireann and Tipperary County Council are assessing the situation with a view to having the notice lifted as quickly and safely as possible.

Anyone who has concerns can contact our customer care team on 1800 278 278 or log onto the water supply and service section of water.ie for information.
Separately Hydrant repair works may cause supply disruptions to Mitchell Street and surrounding areas in Co. Tipperary.
