A new photographic exhibition was officially opened at Cashel Library last evening by Cathaoirleach Cllr Declan Burgess.
Ger Long is a visual artist who grew up in county Kildare but has strong Cashel connections and now lives locally with her family. The exhibition is titled “LIMINAL”.
The exhibition of approximately 50 photographs includes a mix of portraits and nature studies including puffins on The Saltees in Wexford. The photographs were taken in the period between 2020 – 2022.
All of the photographs are for sale during the exhibition.
The exhibition is expected to run until March 15th and can be viewed during normal library hours.
Cashel Library is open 6 days a week typically between 9.30am and 5pm.
The library is also open on Tuesday evenings for two extra hours between 6pm and 8pm.
The library is open during lunch time except for Friday and Saturday when it closes between 1pm and 2pm.
