Garda have seized a vehicle in Tipperary town after establishing that the vehicle was not taxed and did not have a valid NCT. The driver of the vehicle, a male aged in his 40s was arrested by Gardaí in Tipperary town in the early hours of Sunday morning last, the 11th of February, on suspicion of drink driving, after initially being observed driving erratically.
Garda administered a breath test at Tipperary Town Garda Station, and determined that the man was above the legal limit. He was subsequently charged and is due to appear in court on a date in February.
