Some of the apartments face onto Main Street while the others have views of Mitchel Street. The apartments are accessed via a stairs.  A commercial operator is to establish a business on the ground floor at street level.  The apartments are accessed through a door to the right of the business entrance. The building was refurbished by Abercorn Developments.
