The man charged in connection with the death of Maciej Nowak at a house at Ballycrana Kilross last week has been further remanded in custody today after a second appearance at Tipperary District Court sitting in Nenagh.
27-year old man Tomas Rozpeda, a Polish national as was the victim, has been charged with assault causing harm.
Garda are awaiting instructions on charges from the Director of Public prosecutions and say that there is a possibility of other charges being brought against Mr Rozpeda.
Judge Philip O’Leary remanded Mr Rozpeda in custody to appear before the court again on January 24th.
