Age Action Ireland is calling on the GAA to take steps to ensure older people aren’t excluded in viewing matches online.It follows criticism last week after GAA GO, a streaming service owned by the GAA and RTE revealed that over 30 championship matches are to be, behind a paywall.Policy Advisor Nat O Connor says digital exclusion in a wider context is a real problem, where people feel left behind.Mr O Connor suggests to combat the digital exclusion the GAA could ensure fully access the matches on GAAGO are aired in a public place such as a hotel or in GAA clubs.
