Clonmel Garda say the N24 road is closed between Kilsheelan and Carrick on Suir following a two vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 2pm.
Fire services, National Ambulance Service personnel and Gardaí are on site. No information regarding any injuries is available as of now.
The collision is thought to involve a car and a van and the crash site is located close to the MSD facility at Ballydine.
Diversions are in place and drivers are asked to drive with caution on the alternative routes.
