Tipp Music Festival Well Supported With Huge Crowds

The four night Tipperary Music Festival concluded last night – the headline act was country star Mike Denver.

The event was extremely well supported with huge crowds, over the four nights with performances by Louise Morrissey, Dee Morrissey and Cliona Hagan and Band, the Tumbling Paddies, Abbaesque(Abba Tribute Band) and Mike Denver.

The organisers have been praised for stepping forward to put on the event and to bring vitality, fun and visitors to the town.

The event management has also been praised with many of those attending saying the event was well managed and they enjoyed the atmosphere created by staff and volunteers.

Prior to this weekend’s event the organising Committee led by Eamon Ryan had committed to building on the event in future years.

The Festival Marquee was set up in a portion of the Lidl car park in Bank Place and the store continued to trade during the four nights.
