Gardaí in Tipperary Town have issued a reminder to the public to ensure their cars and vans are locked and secured while parked at their properties.
This follows a number of recent thefts from vehicles in the Tipperary Town area.
Garda advise that any valuables should be secured if they cannot be removed from the vehicle and keys stored away from letterboxes or windows.
Any person that notices any suspicious activity in the vicinity of parked vehicles is asked to contact Tipperary Town Garda on (062) 80670.
