C–Saw Tipperary Mental Health support has launched a new phone service available every Friday and Sunday evenings, available from 6pm to 9pm.
Users can text or call, whichever feels more comfortable, or text for a call back for a confidential chat.
The service is a listening ear for anyone going through a hard time, struggling from day to day or just in need of a supportive chat.

There is also a drop in centre available in Tipperary Town every Monday morning from 10.30am – 12.30pm located in the CJ Kickham Band Hall on Davis Street.
In Clonmel there is also a drop in service available at the C-Saw 24 William Street.
The service is available in Clonmel Mondays and Thursdays from 6.30pm – 7.30pm and on Wednesday Morning 10.30am – 12.30pm.
