Council Passes Vote Of Congratulations To Cashel Palace Hotel After Recent Success

Tipperary County Council yesterday passed a vote of congratulations to the Cashel Palace Hotel on their recent success in earning their first Michelin Star.

The proposal was put forward by Cashel Cllr Declan Burgess who describes the award as a tremendous achievement for this exciting new destination hotel.

Cllr Burgess says as Cashel man he is proud of their achievements and extended special congratulations to General Manager Adriaan Bartels, Director of Culinary Stephen Hayes, Head Chef Stefan McEnteer and the entire team.

Cllr Burgess adds that  Cashel is a vibrant and ambitious town with  the Cashel Palace a truly remarkable addition to the community making a significant contribution to economic development locally.

The owners of the Cashel Palace, John and Susan Magnier of Coolmore Stud, are to open a new restaurant in Fethard in April. The existing premises that operated under the name of Dooks Fine Food is currently being refitted and will be known as Sadlers with the website name of sadlersfethard.ie.
