An up and coming country singer from Co. Tipperary is through to next week’s final of TV Show Glór Tíre.
Aishling Rafferty who hails from Knockshegowna in the Premier County is being mentored by country star Mike Denver.
Earlier today Mr Denver spoke to Mary O Brien on Afternoon Delight on Tipp Mid West and encouraged listeners to get behind their local act.
The final will take place next week on TG4.
