Cora Price, the mother of local Tipperary heroine, Róisín Price, has shared some good news about the 9-year old’s health.

Following treatment in the UK, Roisin recently got results that show no detectable Leukemia cells. Róisín is in remission and cancer-free.

“words cannot describe how we feel”

Róisín was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) in February 2015. Cora said for now the plan is to continue monitoring closely and have Bone marrow samples taken every month for six months. She said “words cannot describe how we feel, it’s such a relief to get great news. Roisin continues to show how strong and brave she is, her determination cannot be matched. She is an inspiration to me and everyone”.

Roisin is now back home with her family in Tipperary.
