Gardai in Tipperary are investigating two break-ins in the early hours of this morning.
One happened at a premises in Ballywire, where it is understood that an office was broken into and ransacked. Nothing is believed to have been taken.
Another premises in Emly was also broken into. Again, nothing is believed to have been taken but some damage was done as those responsible tried to gain access.
Both incidents took place between 4.45am and 8.30am.
Gardai in Tipperary town are appealing for anyone who may have any information to come forward.
