Funding approved for Tipperary Racecourse.

500
The board of Horse Racing Ireland has approved a funding allocation of €280,000 for further works at Tipperary Racecourse.

The money will go towards the €375,000 refurbishment of the Tipperary Stand.
In total €700,000 will eventually be spent on redeveloping parts of Tipperary Racecourse.
Welcoming the allocation of funding, Tipperary Racecourse Manager Andrew Hogan said that while the upgrade and extension of the stand won’t be completed until 2019, initial work will be carried out immediately to remodel the toilets and upgrade the second bar area.
Work will also get underway to improve facilities for racegoers, trainers, jockeys and ambulance staff.
