A delegation of local councilors will travel to Dublin next month to make the case that Co. Tipperary needs more funding to maintain its roads. The decision was made at yesterday’s meeting of Tipperary County Council.
Speaking to Tipperary Mid West Radio this morning Cllr Michael Fitzgerald said that the county has a case to make when councilors meet the transport minister on June 10th, given the reliance of the newly amalgamated county on the county road structure.
