Rise in property prices in Co Tipperary

There has been a rise in the prices being fetched for property in Co Tipperary.
According to the latest figures from Real Estate Alliance, the price of an average three-bed semi in the county rose by 7.22% in 2014.
That brings the average price of such a house to €120,625 in county Tipp.

The study also found that it takes an average of nine weeks to sell this type of property.
REA agents in Tipperary are also predicting a rise of 9% in prices this year.
Nationally, the average three-bed semi detached house now costs €184,713.
