Property owners or occupiers in Dundrum are invited to submit an application under the Dundrum 2024 Enhancement & Painting Scheme. Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District in accordance with recommendations contained in the Dundrum Enhancement & Painting Grant Scheme is seeking to improve the streetscape and public realm of the village through supporting owners or occupiers of properties by providing funding improvement works for their premises both commercial and residential building limited to the street frontages.
The grant amount available is set at 50% of the approved costs of works to a maximum of €300. In addition to painting works involving the removal of inappropriate contemporary signage, fittings and general clutter and replacement with hand painted signage or the erection of planters/floral hanging baskets or other environmental improvements will also be considered for funding.
The closing date for receipt of applications is 12 noon Friday 28th June, 2024. Applicants are required to submit before and after photographs and full details can be found on the council website at this link here.
