Co Tipperary will be under a status orange wind warning from 9am until 5pm this evening.
Met Eireann says the weather conditions will lead to difficult travel conditions , Fallen trees and power outages.
Motorists travelling to Cork, Kerry and Waterford are being advised that those counties will be under a orange rain warning from 9am also.
