A new residential care facility could be located in Golden, if the council gives the greenlight to a change of use for a former bed and breakfast establishment.
The applicant Nua Healthcare Ltd is requesting the changes which would involve accommodating 1 no. staff and 8 no. service users within a 9 no. bedded facility and a development consisting of a 25 square metre garden room.
The local authority is to make a decision next month
