N24 Cahir-Clonmel Rd Reopens After Collision

The N24 is fully re-opened following a road traffic collision yesterday morning.

One man died in the crash.

The deceased is understood to be from the Limerick area and aged 45.

He was driving a van that was involved in a collision with an HGV lorry.

Garda Completed a forensic examination of the scene between Barne and Condon’s Cross (between Cahir and Clonmel) late yesterday evening.

A passing Garda is understood to have been the first on the scene of the tragedy which happened shortly before 11am yesterday morning.
