Gardaí in Tipperary intercepts vehicle after it fails to stop.
The Tipperary Roads Policing Unit were patrolling Killenaule earlier when this vehicle flagged on the Mobility App.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of Drug driving after testing positive for Cannabis.
The vehicle was seized also for no Insurance/NCT/Tax.
