Properties in Co. Tipperary are on the increase according to the Residential Property Price Index.
The latest data shows it rose 14.9 percent in the 12 months to February 2022 – just slightly below the national trend of 15.3%.
The average price for a home in Cashel is €165,891, while in Tipperary Town it’s €156,248, €180,894 in Cahir and 174,707 in Thurles.
Nationally property prices have increased by 117.3% from their trough in early 2013.
