Fianna Fáil T.D. for Tipperary, Jackie Cahill has today welcomed an announcement of 200 jobs for Nenagh. This very positive announcement was made this morning by Fiserv Inc. (formally FirstData) and has been welcomed by local representatives, as well as members of Cabinet, including An Tánaiste Leo Varadkar.
Speaking, following this announcement this morning, Cahill said: “I am absolutely delighted to see a further 200 jobs coming to Nenagh through Fiserv over the next three years as the company responds to consumer needs and an increase in demand for their services. This will be a massive boost to the local area.”
“This is a sure sign that Nenagh, and Tipperary more generally, is the ideal choice for foreign direct investment into the region. Tipperary is the best connected county in the country, outside of Dublin, with numerous rail links in the north, mid and south of the county, as well as a great motorway network passing through it. Our educational facilities are top-class and improving all the time also.
