Tipperary County Council will host an online Civic Reception for Rachel Blackmore on Thursday at 7pm.
The event will be hosted by Paul Collins of Ballywire Media. The event will mark the Killenaule rider’s successes at Cheltenham and Aintree earlier this year. Ms Blackmore made history winning the Cheltenham Gold Cup on Tiger Roll and claimed the Ruby Walsh Trophy as leading rider at the Festival of Racing. Ms Blackmore also was victorious at the Aintree Grand with Minella Times – the first woman to win the legendary Steeplechase event.
