A meeting to discuss the traffic layout for the O’Brien St/O’Connell Road area is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Thursday).
The meeting is being organised by Sinn Fein Councillor Tony Black and election candidate Martin Browne.
The purpose of the meeting is to allow residents a forum at which they can discuss whether there is a future for a roundabout where a temporary one is located at the moment.
Traffic management on O’Connell Road is another issue that will come under discussion.
It is hoped that once all opinions have been heard, Tipperary County Council can be informed of what locals want (and don’t want) done in their area.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at Dalton House, Emmet St, at 7pm tomorrow, Thursday, December 5th.
