Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of nearly €90,000 were found by Tipperary gardaí this week.
On Thursday morning gardai from Tipperary Town Garda Station discovered a cannabis grow house in the Bansha/Glen of Aherlow area.
According to gardaí the set-up was quite sophisticated.
More than a hundred plants, each with an estimated value of €800 were found at the premises.
Nobody has yet been arrested but gardaí are following a number of lines of inquiry and are asking anyone with information to contact them on 062 80670.
