Garda in Tipperary town are investigating an alleged assault on a female yesterday afternoon.
According to Gardai, the incident is alleged to have happened in the Shronell/Lattin area at around 4 pm.
Gardai are investigating but no arrests have been made.
It is understood that the victim may have been given a lift from Tipperary town at the time.
