Books of Condolence have been opened in Co Tipperary for the victims of the Berkley balcony collapse in California.

The books are available for signing in the foyer of the civic offices in Clonmel and Nenagh between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm.

Signing his name to the book, the Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council Michael Fitzgerald offered his personal sympathy to all who have suffered the loss of loved ones, adding that his thoughts and prayers are with all those who have been affected by the tragedy.
