The average rent in Co Tipperary is now €593 per month.
That is according to the latest figures compiled by property website Daft.ie, which also notes that rental prices have risen by 2.8% from the second quarter of 2013 to the second quarter of 2014
.Nationally, rents have risen by over 11% in the space of twelve months with the national average rent now €933 compared to €842 a year previously.
