Two local butchers are celebrating after being recognised with an award as part of the Irish Butchers’ Guild annual Easter Lamb Display Challenge.
Martin O’Dwyers located in Friar Street in Cashel scooped a 4-Star Award while John O’Dwyer Butchers based in Killenaule secured a 3-Star Award for their outstanding lamb displays in this year’s competition.
The competition aims to showcase the best in butchering craftsmanship and innovation, in an array of creative lamb products.
Davidson’s Craft Butchersfrom based in Montenotte in Cork emerged victorious with a well-deserved 5-Star Award display.
