Mustard Seed Café To Hold Pancake Sale Fundraiser

A novel fundraising event is to be held in Tipperary town tomorrow morning in support of a young man very seriously injured in a multi vehicle accident at Ballykisteen in July 2023.

The Mustard Seed Café at the Community Services centre will hold a pancake sale to mark Shrove Tuesday with all of the proceeds going to Adam Kyprianou.

The Funds raised will be used to support his mother and brother with costs of supporting Adam at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin and also to fund modifications to the family home in Monard.

A Go fund me Campaign online is also available for donations titled “Adams Rehabilitation to Home.”

Adam, was a passenger in one of the cars involved in the collison.  19-year-old Ignacy Sokoluk, Ballywalter who was also a passenger in the car died in the collision.

Adam, aged 20, sustained very serious injuries in the collision. He was initially cared for in Cork University Hospital but transferred back to University Hospital Limerick in August of last year.

The morning only pancake event begins at 10am, tomorrow Tuesday, in the Community Services Centre on St Michael’s Street, Tipperary town.
