Expressions Of Sympathy & Offers Of Support Continue Following Tragedy In Clonmel

Expressions of sympathy continue towards the families involved in the tragedy in Clonmel on Friday in which four people died. The Chief Officer of the HSE South East Community Healthcare, Grace Rothwell visited the Civic Offices in Clonmel today to sign the Book of Condolences on her own behalf and that of HSE/South East Community Healthcare. The HSE unit is offering sympathies to the bereaved families and says it’s thoughts are also with the community in Clonmel and South Tipperary this week, in their coming to terms with the devastating loss of young lives that occurred there at the weekend.

In recent days, support has been provided to secondary schools locally through the Dept. of Education’s National Educational Psychological Service (NEPS).

South East Community Healthcare is also making people aware of help and support that it enables such as the Samaritans who provide a 24-hour day, seven day a week, 365 days a year phone service.  Calls can be made for free by dialling 116 123.
