Tipperary Garda are continuing to enforce the proper use of parking bays intended for drivers with disabilities.
Garda on mobile patrol in Clonmel issued a driver a Fixed Charge Penalty Notice for parking in the disabled bay without a disabled parking permit.
Garda say the driver had no lawful excuse for using the bay.
The car was not properly parked within the markings of the bay which may have drawn Garda attention to the vehicle.
The offence carries a fine of €150.
