Water supply in the Dundrum area will be returning in the next few hours.
The outage was due to a burst water pipe at Deerpark, Dundrum.
Repairs have been completed and most areas are to have water back this evening – areas at higher elevations might take slightly longer.

The Uisce Eireann website has not been updated as to the reason for the outage or the fact that the repairs have been completed – a local councillor provided the following information to Tipp Mid West Radio.
