Tipperary Town Lions club are thanking the public for their donations to their successful Ukraine fundraiser.
The Tipp Town Lions Club Ukrainian Refugee and Disaster Relief Fund has collected close to €4,000 via the collection point in the Bank of Ireland, Main Street, Tipperary Town.
Fundraising is still ongoing and donations continue to be accepted.
The Lions Club are thanking the public for their support and say that any donation big or small is much appreciated.
Staff at the Bank of Ireland are also thanked for their assistance in facilitating donations being collected in Tipperary Town.
The war in Ukraine has displaced over 10 million people and an estimated 3.8 million people have left the country to seek refuge.
