A Yellow Status Wind warning is currently in place for Tipperary.
Met Eireann says very strong southwesterly winds and some severe gusts are expected.
While the winds are to veer west to northwest on Sunday afternoon through early Monday morning.
The weather warning is valid until 9am (Sunday) and it includes all of Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan, and Waterford.
Yellow winding warning has also been issued for Limerick from 5am (Sunday).
