Book of Condolences open at the French Quarter in Tipperary town’s Excel Centre

As a mark of respect to the victims and survivors of the recent atrocity in Paris, a Book of Condolences is open today at the French Quarter Café in Tipperary town’s Excel Centre.
All are welcome to come in and sign it to show their support of and solidarity with the people of France, especially those in Paris.
129 people died in Friday’s attacks which militant group Isis has claimed responsibility for.
