The An Post Ras left Tipperary town this morning.
The cyclists, which numbered more than 150, left earlier than originally planned due to secuity arrangements relating to the visit of Prince Charles to Galway.

Today’s stage brought the cyclists through Monard, Oola, Dromkeen, Newport, and Birdhill as they made their way to the destination of Bearna in Galway.
The cyclists, including Tipperary’s Simon Ryan covered a total of 155.9Km today.
