Tipperary Gardaí are rolling out an initiative today which will see members of the force assigned to specific areas around the county.
‘Know your Patch’ has been trailed in parts of the county over recent months and is now set to become county-wide policy.
The aim of the programme is for residents to know their local Garda as a point of contact…its part of Tipperary Gardaí’s wider Community Policing which has a great focus on involving the local community in combating crime.
