Tipperary town’s chamber of commerce is on the hunt for volunteers to help with the 2015 St Patrick’s Day Festival. The chamber is responsible for organising this year’s event.
The parade will get going from the traditional starting point of The Plaza and will continue on to Main St where the crowds will be waiting and the viewing stand will be located.
However, it is a requirement under Health and Safety standards that 20 volunteers are on-hand during the event.
As a result, the chamber’s Shane Kelly has appealed to people to get involved an volunteer for a few hours that day.
