The Justice Minister and interim Garda Commissioner are rejecting claims that the force is ill disciplined and out of control.
Francis Fitzgerald and Noirin O'sullivan were speaking at the Templemore Garda college today in wake of new allegations from Garda Sergent Maurice McCabe that penalty points are still being cancelled with the focus back on the Thurles based fixed penalty point office.
Commissioner O'Sullivan say any infringements will be dealt with and action will be taken.
