Approval has been given to connect Nenagh to the Bord Gais natural gas network.
Commenting on the announcement, Aidan O'Sullivann, General Manager of Gaslink said that the approval is subject to Bord Gais Networks securing contractual commitments for gas usage from a number of large energy users in the town.
