A man has been taken to hospital this afternoon following a crash on the R515 Cullen to Emly road at around 1pm. His injuries are said not to be life-threatening.
The collision involved a car and a lorry.
Gardai in Tipperary town are advising motorists that a stretch of the road will be closed until 4.30pm at the earliest to facilitate a technical examination and to take alternative routes.
