Glenary Public Water Supply Boil Water Notice Lifted With Immediate Effect

A Boil Water Notice on the Glenary Public Water Supply has been lifted with immediate effect. Uisce Éireann can confirm that, following consultation with the Health Service Executive, customers can now resume normal use of the public water supply.

The temporary Boil Water Notice was issued for 7,500 customers on the Glenary Public Water Supply to protect the health of customer’s due disinfection issues at the water treatment plant and unchlorinated water entering the system. 

Following a period of investigations and satisfactory water quality test results the Boil Water Notice has been lifted.
