500 Fish May Have Died Near Ballingarry Due To River Pollution

Up to 500 fish may have died near Ballingarry in a case of river pollution. The incident occurred in the Upper reaches of the Kings River according to Inland Fisheries Ireland.  The state agency says large numbers of trout of all ages, salmon and parr are amongst the dead fish found on the river.
